ESG Thought Leadership
Creative Direction | Film Editing | ESG | Continuous Learning | Magic Time Passion
THE WORK: The creative outputs and learnings from a Fellowship engagement with Alison Taylor, NYU Stem Business School Professor and expert on Strategy & Sustainability – to identify Purpose's role in advancing ESG.
This is a partnership between BCG BrightHouse and Alison Taylor, to co-develop original and cutting-edge thought leadership around ESG and Purpose. We are lighting the way for our clients and the world with the brightest minds. Think of it like a creative think tank, or a three-month long TED talk, or a thought lab for experimenting with new offerings and methodologies.
Workshop Design
Companies are facing higher expectations from their key stakeholders than ever to take on a broader societal role and clearly articulate their role in the world – with authenticity and transparency. ‘Purpose’ and ‘ESG’ have become buzzwords that sometimes detract from genuine attempts at meeting these expectations. We explored three angles to help us understand what it means for Purpose and ESG to genuinely guide business:
1. Discerning what it means to act boldly on ESG/Bold Commitments
2. Understanding the role of ESG to mobilize/engage employees
3. Furthering our understanding on Authentic ESG + Leadership through ESG

Film Series
This three-part mini-film series summarizes the conversations with BrightHouse Fellow Alison Taylor. The first film examines the world's check-box mentality on sustainability initiatives. The second film addresses ESG and employee engagement; the third challenges executives' attitudes toward climate change.
I art directed, produced, and edited the workshop into this mini-educational series for internal and external use as workshop materials and resource for pitching. (All for $0 budget)
